Essentials Training Package - Included with the TotalCare service plan as of October 1, 2008, this training package includes 12 New Customer Training (NCT) Anytime Learning courses and 8 Accounting and Bookkeeping Replay Learning courses to help new customers learn to use their software. Note: The Discovery Training package is included with TotalCare through September 30, 2008.

Customer Choice Training Package - Designed for customers that want to delve deeper into their software, this training package entitles you to 10 live, online classes for one year.
