Realtime Consulting
Consulting offered via Webex to customers to help them with
the use of certain functions or modules that they have already
been trained on as they are working with those functions or
modules to effectively utilize them within their own environment.

Workflow Analysis
Consultants will work with customers to provide them with workflow
process mapping as it relates to the system usage and everyday
critical tasks. Also offered is position profiling, which is
a mapping of positional tasks and how those tasks/positions
interrelate with each other and the workflow process.

Database Health Check
Recommendations on how to better make use of system data and
required data cleanup. This service is targeted to customers
who have been using the system for over 2 years.

Database Tune-up
The work recommended in the Database Health Check is performed
by consultants or the consultants will work with the customer
to perform the clean up together. The work is done using a mix
of system utilities and foxpro/sql scripts.
