Sage ATC & Certified Trainer Programs
Sage believes that effective training is a critical component
to ensuring customer satisfaction. Making training readily accessible
to every customer who uses our products is not only a primary
goal at Sage, but also the main objective of the Sage Authorized Training Center (ATC) Program.
Authorized Training Center (ATC) Program
Before submitting an Authorized Training Center Application, applicants
should review the Authorized Training Center Program Guide in
it's entirety to determine if this program is aligned with their
company's business goals. To ensure consistent and high-quality
training, all ATCs must also comply with the guidelines outlined
in the Certified Trainer Program Guide. Sage Accpac Business Partners
interested in becoming a Authorized Training Center, please download
a copy of the ATC Program
Guide.
Once you have read over the program guide and are ready to submit
an ATC application request, click
here. Print the application and complete
it in its entirety. If you have any questions regarding the application,
please contact Sage Learning Services at education.accpac@sage.com.
Certified Trainer Program
Once you have had a chance to read through the new program (Certified
Trainer Program) you will need to apply (Certified Trainer Application).
Follow these 5 easy steps to become a Certified Trainer:
Step 1: Submit to Sage a completed
Certified Trainer Application
Step 2: Attend and pass the Certified Consultant Training
and Exam (80% or higher) for the product on which you plan to
become certified
Step 3: Attend Sage's Presentation
Skills Training Class
Step 4: Attend product line specific Core
Trainer Certification class at Sage
If you are an existing certified trainer and would like to obtain certified trainer status on additional Sage Software products or additional classes, complete the Additional Trainer Certification Application.
Authorized Training Center (ATC) Course Schedule Request
You will need to submit your ATC training schedule in order to have it posted on Sage University. Click here to complete an ATC
Course Schedule Template and email to education.accpac@sage.com.
Authorized Training Center Course Creation Request
Sage Accpac ATCs are encouraged to help create additional training courses for our end-users. If you have created a course you would like to have offered through the ATC program, submit a Course Creation Request. Simply fill out the request form for review by Sage University. You will be notified of approved courses via e-mail.
